IMPROVEMENT FOCUS
Focus & Prioritize
Relationships are a solid base; clarity on goals, roles and processes is the ground to work on first.
Instrument undergoing psychometric validation: read these results as a description to discuss, not as a measurement.

BEFORE READING THE NUMBERS
What this report is
What it is
It is the aggregate return of an anonymous questionnaire completed by the people in your team. Every number is a group mean on a 1–7 scale: no individual answer is visible here, and none can be reconstructed from this data.
What it is for
To give you a shared starting point for a conversation usually held from memory. It shows where to look first — not what to do. The decisions stay yours: the report informs them, it does not replace them.
Where it comes from
From the Clarity-Relationship Framework, a research model crossing two dimensions: relationship quality in the team, and clarity of goals, roles and processes. The model is published open access (DOI 10.5281/zenodo.21774303) and is undergoing psychometric validation.
How to read it together
One hour, with the whole team. Start from the improvement focus on the cover, then go down to the facets: the two or three lowest ones are questions, not diagnoses. Close by deciding one single thing to try before the next survey.
What it is not
It is not an assessment of people, nor of the manager. It is not comparable with other teams and produces no rankings or benchmarks. It does not measure performance: the perceived outcomes are perceptions internal to the team, not verified results.
If a number surprises you, the useful question is not “who answered that way?” but “what makes it possible in the way we work?”.
How to read: team means on a 1–7 scale, two decimals. No individual answer is visible or reconstructable. Descriptive thresholds: 4.0 on the quadrant axes; OCL bands at 3.5 and 4.5. Scores within ±0.25 of a boundary should be read as “borderline”, not as clear membership.

ORGANIZATIONAL CONTEXT INDICATOR (OCL)
Describes how readable the organizational context is for the team. It sits beside the quadrant, not inside: it is not a third axis nor a total score.

OPTIONAL MODULE · WORD-ACTION COHERENCE
Outside the quadrant and outside the context indicator. Exploratory reading: useful as a discussion topic.
Full form. The two questionnaire forms are not comparable with each other: scores from a short survey do not sit next to those from a full one.

TREND OVER TIME
3 surveys so far, to be read as a direction
The comparison is between team means, not between the same people: who responds changes from one window to the next. It shows a direction, it does not certify progress.

How to read the trend: with 8 respondents, a small difference can come from chance or simply from someone else answering. None of these changes is a statistical test and none proves causation. Treat them as questions to bring into a meeting, not as grades.
