Data processed
Respondents: only 1–7 scale answers and minimal technical metadata (language, submission date, item version). No name, no email, no stored IP address, no profiling cookies. Team leads: name, work email and organization, used only to manage the teams they create.
Purposes and legal bases
a · Aggregate report to the team: performance of the requested service. b · Scientific research: answers are collected anonymously from the outset, contain no personal data and cannot be traced back to the person who gave them. The consent collected before the questionnaire covers both purposes; taking part is voluntary and refusing has no consequences.
Retention
Unsubmitted questionnaires: they stay on the respondent's device and never reach us. Team leader accounts: until deletion is requested. Anonymous research data: no time limit, as they cannot be traced back to individuals.
Rights
Access, rectification, deletion and consent withdrawal for team lead data, by writing to the contact. Anonymous answers cannot be recalled after submission: no one can link them back — a guarantee, not a limitation.
Transfers and third parties
Data reside on servers in the European Union. No transfers outside the EU. On the sign-up and sign-in pages we use Cloudflare Turnstile, an anti-abuse check that does not profile and sets no advertising cookies: it is the site's only third-party component and it never appears in the questionnaire. Session cookies only, all strictly technical.
